Introduction to Privana
Privana is a private, non-custodial DeFi interface. You can swap tokens, earn yield on stablecoins, and automate trading strategies without exposing your activity on-chain.
When you use a typical decentralized exchange, every trade you make is publicly visible. Bots watch for your transactions and can front-run them. Your entire wallet history is an open book. Privana was built to solve both of these problems.
Privana is a user-facing application built by the Oasis team. It runs on Oasis Sapphire, a confidential blockchain that executes smart contracts inside hardware-secured enclaves called Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs). Together, these give you privacy, automation, and self-custody, without the trade-offs that usually come with each.
Privana is in development, ahead of closed beta. These docs cover the architecture and design. API references, SDK specs, and integration guides will be added here at launch.
